Compensatory Prasara Yoga Cooldown
I felt reallt good with all of these exercises. I wasn't going to do the last Snatch set, but decided to add it to finnish up. I finished faster than when I started, which is always a good thing. I was pretty sore today from yesterday's workout. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's Yoga session.
